A little more about your reminders.
Can I remember more than one occasion?
Yes. Add each birthday or anniversary separately using the same email address. Give it a simple label so you know which occasion we’re reminding you about.
When will my reminder arrive?
Around 9am UK time, seven calendar days before the occasion. If you confirm after 9am on the reminder day, we’ll start the following year. Please still choose an available delivery date when you order.
What about 29 February?
In years without 29 February, we treat the occasion as 28 February and send your reminder seven days before that. No birth year is needed.
Can I change or remove a reminder?
Of course. Use the change/remove link in your welcome or reminder email to change the date or label, or remove that occasion. Keep your welcome email so you can find the link whenever you need it.
Does this sign me up for the newsletter?
No. You’re choosing annual reminders and suitable flower ideas for the occasions you save. Our wider newsletter is a separate choice. We never automatically enrol existing customers.
Is it free, and do I have to buy flowers?
The reminder service is free and there’s no obligation to order. If you do choose flowers, the products and delivery charges shown when ordering apply.
What information do you need?
Your first name, email address, occasion, and day/month. A label is optional. A first name or simple label is plenty; please don’t include extra personal information about someone else.
